What references are required to take up a tenancy?

Employers, Previous Landlords, Bank, Formal credit check, Copy of P60, Next of Kin, Copy of passport.

How much is the deposit?

The equivalent of up to four to six weeks rent depending on the landlord.

Where will my deposit be held?

The deposit is held in The Deposit Protection Service

How long is the tenancy agreement for?

The standard AST ( Assured Shorthold Tenancy ) is for twelve months with a break clause at six months.  This break clause can be removed if both landlord and tenant agree to this.

How much are the Agency fees for referencing and providing the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement...?

No Fees are now applicable.

What are the 'LET ONLY' and Management fees for sourcing and securing a tenant(s) under a Assured short hold tenancy agreement?

We charge 10% for a ‘LET ONLY’ service deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of the tenancy and a Property Management fee of 7.5% which is deducted on a monthly basis from the rent collected from the tenant.
