FAQ

Employers, Previous Landlords, Bank, Formal credit check, Copy of P60, Next of Kin, Copy of passport.
Five weeks deposit and six weeks for tenancies over £50,000.
The deposit is held in The Deposit Protection Service
The standard AST ( Assured Shorthold Tenancy ) is for twelve months with a break clause at six months. This break clause can be removed if both landlord and tenant agree to this.

No Fees are now applicable.

We charge 10% for a ‘LET ONLY’ service deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of the tenancy and a Property Management fee of 7.5% which is deducted on a monthly basis from the rent collected from the tenant.

Client Money Protection

Approved in England by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and accepted by Rent Smart Wales.
CMP Certificate
